Important Notice
All copyright claims must first be submitted to Zetarium prior to filing any legal complaint or contacting hosting providers, registrars, or legal authorities.
Incomplete or invalid notices will not be processed.
4. Claim Review Process
Upon receiving a valid notice:
- We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days
- We will investigate the claim
- If infringement is confirmed, we will remove or disable access promptly
- We may contact both parties for clarification
5. False or Malicious Claims
Submitting false, misleading, or malicious copyright claims may result in:
- Legal liability
- Account termination
- Compensation claims
Zetarium reserves the right to take appropriate legal action.
6. Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:
